4 Reasons that HAS to make Christianity Unique and Different From Other Faiths.

For a long time, the question kept being raised, why Christianity, why not Islam, or Buddhism, or other faiths? Christianity has approximately more than 2.2 billion followers worldwide, Christianity is one of the world’s major faiths. Along with Islam and Hinduism.

There are numerous aspects that distinguish Christianity from other faiths. As an example, you can’t earn your way up to heaven, as Islam and other religions, as Hinduism or Buddhism teaches.

You see, I firmly believe that there is evidence that Jesus indeed walked the earth, who predicted miracles, who accomplished what was written ~500 years before he was even born, you see I would suggest that there are good reasons to trust in the story of Jesus, because, if it’s true that Jesus existed, and I am pretty sure that he did live; if he actually rose from the dead, then without a doubt, Christianity is true.

You see, the evidence for the Resurrection is quite strong because Jews during Jesus’ time abandoned Judaism and began following Jesus, who were once Jews, converting completely to this completely new belief system and paying forward with their own lives actually to say, hey, this really, without a doubt, happened.

Not only that, but you see, Hinduism, Buddhism has stories, but the difference between them and Jesus is that Jesus said, “I am the way the truth and the life.”

What you should do is examine the evidence from all the world religions to determine which way the evidence points, and then make your decision. However, just because someone was born in a particular location does not imply that their belief is true or false. In fact, Richard Dawkins had frequently made this case. He is a devout atheist.

He says:

How thoughtful of God to arrange matters so that, wherever you happen to be born, the local religion always turns out to be the true one. source

And he doesn’t even really seem to realize that this doesn’t make his belief true or false, or their beliefs true or false. You see, He also doesn’t seem to realize that his own experience contradicts his own assertion. Hold on a second, isn’t he an atheist in a Christian country?

There are numerous religions in the world. Among them are Hinduism, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, and Christianity. There are also many similarities between these various faiths. However, there are some significant differences that distinguish Christianity from the rest. Here’s what you need to know about this faith that distinguishes it from others:

1) It has a solid and sound historical foundation.

2) You can’t work your way to heaven.

3)No other religion ever had an empty tomb.

4) Three persons in one(Father, Son, Holy Ghost)

First. Why does this matter? It matters because, from these four factors, we can conclude whether Christianity is unique or not. The first statement says that there is solid historical evidence to suggest whether Jesus truly existed, and leaving the bible aside, we have both Dead Sea scrolls, we have archaeological digs where archaeologists confirm the history of the bible, you see the very first thing any archaeologist do when they go to the Middle East is to take the bible and examine the Old Testament.

Second. Other faiths like Islam, Hinduism, Judaism, and Buddhism say that you have to earn your way to Heaven. However, that’s not the case with Christianity; in Christianity, we are saved by faith, and our good works are as filthy rags. Now you have to realize that if you are born again, good works will follow your life, however, they do little impact on your eternal life, judging from the scriptures.

Third. The empty tomb, Jesus is the only man in history who not only claimed to be God, but said that he is the only way to Heaven, you see, there is a mystery, we have an empty tomb, historians long debated how that could be possible, Roman soldiers were professional at killing, not only that, if they had fallen asleep in the middle of the work, they would either be killed or would be thrown in prison themselves, that is highly unlikely for a Roman soldier to do, and hence it’s not that convincing of an argument to say that roman soldiers simply fell asleep, however, there is a better explanation.

The one and only solid explanation is that Jesus indeed rose from the dead, it would have taken a group of people to move that huge rock that was put at the entrance of the tomb, not only that, the one and solid explanation of the empty tomb, is that Jesus indeed rose from the dead, nevertheless, the empty tomb symbolizes Resurrection, and how one day we will have our bodies changed and renewed.

Fourth. The father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost are one, you won’t find that in Hinduism, Buddhism or Islam, in Hinduism there are 330 million gods, in Buddhism, there are over 3000 different gods, responsible for the order of the world, in Islam Allah does not have a son, nor does he have begotten anyone, in the eyes of Muslims, Allah the only one which leads to eternal life, however in Christianity, three persons in one share the same attributes.

Three persons are the same in essence; they just share the same attributes, the same way John, Mike, and Peter are human, but John is not Mike, the same way Peter is not Mike, and Mike is not Peter, yet they are all human.
