A Biblical Christian worldview perspective – As we mature from spiritual milk to solid food (1 Cor. 3:2) often we begin our Christian walk by deciding we will pray, read the Bible, and fellowship with other believers because we “have to”, since we understand that God commands it. With the Holy Spirit in our hearts and a growing desire to love and understand the Lord, we transition to “wanting to” serve and seek Him in our fellowship, study, and prayers. Finally, as more and more is revealed to us on who He is and what He has done and prepared for us, we begin to realize how incredible it is that we “get to” be His children, for eternity.
