A popular author posted a very long list of behaviors and people groups that would be going to Hell in a continuing, successful, effort to engage his readers. The title of the piece was, “The Even More Definitive List of People Going To Hell – Did you make the updated list of people destined for eternal torment?”
Below was my brief response.
As you well know we are all immoral, Christians and non-Christians alike.
Romans 3:23 “For ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.”
Further, no one on your extended list needs to go to Hell, for eternity. As you also know Jesus forgave one of the two sinners on the cross with Him when He said,
“Today you will be with me in paradise” (Luke 23:43).
Works of man, good or bad, do not keep us from, or allow us into Heaven.
Romans 10:9 “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”
You keep writing this false stuff, knowing better. (2 Tim. 4:3-4).
