There is nothing wrong with listening to others. In fact, God often uses other Christians to communicate His truth to us. However, we always need to return to the Scriptures to discern what any outside sources are promoting. God (Jesus) is the same yesterday, today, and forever. His Word will always align with His truth, regardless of where it is coming from.
