A Biblical Christian worldview perspective – Scripture speaks to the point that:

1 Corinthians 2:14 – The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned.

This Catch-22 is partly to blame for Christian persecution. The irony from the verse above is that to understand Christ-centered behavior requires a Christ-centered faith. When Christian beliefs are considered “normal” by society, we need to check our spiritual condition.
