“Women” is Word of the Year – Fox News – “Dictionary.com’s word of the year is ‘woman,’ though site is unsure of actual definition… The Dictionary.com official definition of woman is “an adult female person.” Yet, the word of the year announcement was more cautious: “Our selection of woman as our 2022 Word of the Year reflects how the intersection of gender, identity, and language dominates the current cultural conversation and shapes much of our work as a dictionary.”
Defining “Women” – CBN – “Cambridge Dictionary Bows to ‘Woke Activists,’ Changes Definition of ‘Woman’… The updated definition for the word “woman” now states in its secondary characterization that the term describes “an adult who lives and identifies as female, though they may have been said to have a different sex at birth.”
No Forcing Trans Surgery – The Washington Stand – “Biden Admin Can’t Force Religious Hospitals to Perform Gender Transition Surgeries, Another Court Rules…The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) may not enforce a rule against religious entities that interprets “antidiscrimination laws in a way that compels them to perform and provide insurance coverage for gender transitions,” a panel of the Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit ruled Friday.
Death Penalty for Protesting – Fox News – “Iranian soccer player sentenced to death after protesting… An Iranian soccer player will be hanged as a punishment of protesting against the death of Mahsa Amini…. Nasr-Azadani will be the 28th person sentenced to death amid the protests — Iran conducted its first execution in relation to the protests on Thursday. Three of those 28 individuals are children.
American Girl – Denison Forum – “American Girl publishes guidebook encouraging transgender puberty blockers… The guidebook reportedly advises children struggling with body image issues to ask their doctors for puberty-blocking medications and encourages young girls to seek transgender support without parental consent “if you don’t have an adult you trust.”
