Gender in Schools – Fox News – “Florida Department of Education amends rule to strip licenses of K-3 teachers who discuss gender identity… The new rules follow Gov. Ron DeSantis signing the “Parental Rights in Education” bill into law.. The language stated teachers “shall not intentionally provide classroom instruction to students in kindergarten through grade 3 on sexual orientation or gender identity.””
China – CBN – “Their Crime? Being House Church Members: Christian Couple Sentenced to Iran’s Notorious Evin Prison… When Iranian authorities requested to see a Christian couple in August, the couple, who are both members of a house church, thought the meeting would be about the return of some of their belongings confiscated earlier by the Islamic regime. Instead, Homayoun Zhaveh and his wife Sara Ahmadi were detained in Tehran’s Evin Prison. The prison has a notorious reputation for its harsh treatment of people deemed political enemies of the state, human rights organizations told Morning Star News.”
Trans Surgeries– CBN – “Michigan Republicans Advance Bill to Make Trans Surgeries on Minors First-Degree Child Abuse… surgeries or ingest cross-sex hormones or puberty blockers, according to the text of House Bill No. 6454. The legislation states the consequences would apply to anyone who “knowingly or intentionally consents to, obtains, or assists with a gender transition procedure for a child.”
