Daily Headlines on contemporary issues that run counter to a Biblical Christian worldview.
Israel and the NYT – Fox News – “Netanyahu shreds New York Times for ‘demonizing Israel for decades’ after scathing editorial…”After burying the Holocaust for years on its back pages and demonizing Israel for decades on its front pages, the New York Times now shamefully calls for undermining Israel’s elected incoming government,” he wrote… “While the NYT continues to delegitimize the one true democracy in the Middle East and America’s best ally in the region, I will continue to ignore its ill-founded advice and instead focus on building a stronger and more prosperous country, strengthening ties with America, expanding peace with our neighbors, and securing the future of the one and only Jewish state,” he wrote.”
LGBTQ Hopeful – LGBTQ Nation – “The upcoming generation makes this lesbian teacher feel hopeful for the future of LGBTQ+ equality… Jere Chang grew up hearing that people like her were “abominations” who “live in sin.” But she has seen the world change lot since then…. So much has changed for the better for her and other queer people, and the upcoming generation gives her even more hope.
Dave Ramsey Biblical Values – Denison Forum – “Does Dave Ramsey’s company have the right to govern itself by biblical values?… Now, according to USA Today, the company is facing a federal lawsuit filed by a former employee who accuses the company of discriminating against her when she was fired after company executives learned she was pregnant and unmarried.
AI Headed This Way – Washington Week – “Artificial Intelligence, Real Ignorance, and Our New Idolatry… Our worry is not the fabled singularity, where machines become self-sustaining and can think for themselves. Our caution should be a familiar one — that we’re not putting our hope in the created. The created will fail us. It’s only a matter of time.”
